  • Personalize your experience with relevant content and recommendations
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

3. Children's Privacy

MindfulNest is designed for use by parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The child profile information entered by parents (such as age and general challenges) is used solely to personalize the parent's experience and is not shared with third parties.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service (such as payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers), subject to confidentiality agreements.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your full payment card details. Paddle's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
